  Daniel is an amazing realtor. He was a recommendation to me from a fellow co-worker that had a great experience with him. The best way I can describe Daniel, to me he was a Spartan. He went to bat and went above and beyond his job as my realtor to make my home buying process quick and as smooth as possible. Daniel worked overtime trying to keep me level headed throughout the entire process. Daniel made herself available to me any time, and there were a few late night calls and he still was kind enough to answer. He gave me all information on homes I was looking at. Daniel willingly went out looking for houses with me in the snow, bad weather or good weather, it did not matter we were there looking. I was able to make informed decisions based on the complete and accurate information that he gave me. The response time he gave me was quick. It would seem as if I was his only client. At the end of the process, after getting my keys to the house, the relationship/friendship has not ended. It will be a lastly one. He has been great and I recommend him to anyone looking for a home. Daniel is a man that keeps his word even after the home contract is signed and you have keys in hand. Towards the end of the process, Daniel became my realtor, lawyer, and neighborhood watch (saw a random guy walking around my yard on video one day after purchasing the home, I called Daniel, and he dropped what he was doing to go and check on my home, he checked the doors and windows. He was awesome!!!) This was my first time buying a home and because of him I was able to make it through the entire process. He’s a part of the family. I give his business card out to everyone looking for a home. I tell them if you want a Spartan as a realtor, he is your guy.
